I cannot recommend BLH for computer repair. If a component needs replaced, they will use an old, scrapped part from a computer that was dropped off for recycling. Fees are not posted the store and they did not call after diagnosis. This may be a good place to drop off an old broken computer for recycling.
The previous review was posted 4 years ago when BLH was under different management, and is not even close to true anymore. It is now under new management and Jacob is fantastic at what he does! My screen replacement was done after an hour on my LG G2. If you are not satisfied at the beginning of your walk in you will be at the end!!! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!! Just be patient with screen repairs because it's not going to get done the day of if parts have to be ordered!!!!
Took my iPhone 5s in there to get screen replaced. Took no time to get it fixed. Great customer service definitely would come back thank you
