Currently sitting in taylorville Pizza Hut it has been 30 minutes and I just got my silverware that I had to ask for 3x still haven't got any napkins. Drinks been empty for 20 minutes. Food is okay but there is only one waitress and this place is busy. Don't think we will be coming back.
We have ate from here more than once, every time the food is either way over cooked or soggy. The salad bar is nasty! And on top of the bad food having to listen to the managers terrible music on his phone blaring from the kitchen. Also having to listen to the manager and a sixteen year old server talk about how many men she is been with and other sexual affairs! This is the worst Pizza Hut ever! Do not waste your time. Also if you ever have to call them because your order is messed up they never answer and it reroutes you to corporate ordering number.
my wife and I went to pizza hut in taylorville ill ordered a large taco pizza requested an extra container of taco sauce after started eating the waitress came out said im sorry we have no more taco sauce for your pizza so we got to eat the pizza dry and when i went to pay a sorry was all i got not a discount of any kind or a coupon to show their regret or free drinks to do it again I would walk out and we are not going back
Great place for lunch, 2 drinks and 2 lunch buffet for just over $15.00.
Prior to my arrival they had a lunch rush, so the place was in shambles. The staff was helpful and friendly, service was good, food was great.
