I tried to leave this review to their Facebook page but I was blocked within minutes of leaving their shop after I was treated like garbage and told that they would not finish my vehicle the right way
I just had my 2013 honda detailed with the teflon polymer package..they came to my work olace and picked up my car and returned it very clean. The first thing i noticed when i lifted the rear hatch was how they deep cleaned the carpet! When opening the drivers door, it looked as if it was better than brand new..i could not have done a better job ..great job and thank you SPD!
LOTS of things were missed in my car. When I let them know I was told to come back a week later. When I returned I was told that "they don't do that" about the things they missed. They missed the Back dash, it was not done at all. They was lots of trash and bugs back there still. It was very filthy still and she tried to tell me that she seen it done. You could tell that it was not done at all. Also missed was, Door pockets, Windows were not finished, Ashtray wasn't touched, seams around the dash, Mirror control dial, Shifter column, Steering column, Behind door handles, inside Sun roof. (was told they don't open them so that I can't say they broke it), Between seats and console still had garbage between them.
The owner was very rude to me about all of this. And really didn't seem to care if they finished it or not. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this place ever again. If I wanted a $50 detail job I would've had John Butterfield clean it.
