Horrible Customer Service - Nick Root is Extremely Unprofessional -
He's performed several repairs on several vehicles I have owned and he's always been quick and fair on prices. He even helped me out when I was in a pinch and needed my car back by the weekend, he squeezed me in and got it done in time.
I went to a local dealer and they told me I had some major safety issues with my front end of my Truck. family member told me to go to Nick's but he couldn't get me in for a couple days. Wasn't too happy about that but I waited. Once it was in his shop he had called me and told me I only had one issue my wheel bearing which I thought was bad too. He suggested I get it alignment so I did later. And they didn't find anything wrong like the dealer had stated. Waiting that 3 days saved me over $450.00. Well worth the wait!!
He "diagnosed" our vehicle, which was unable to be repaired, then charged us for not only the diagnosis, but also parts he used to reach his decision, all without communicating with us first. Never Again!
