Wonderful staff. Bought a mustang for my husband to surprise him when he got back from his deployment. I live four hours away, but that didn't stop them for making it possible for me to get it and finish the paper work quick and easy! Great team, Ron is excellent, and the prices were amazing.
Dealt with Justin Ostermeier. He was rude, inflexible and obviously didn't want to sell a car. He offered no alternatives. Don't know If this was the instruction he received from management or if he was just this way. Either way, poor way to treat customers. We bought from Homda of Springfield. They couldn't have been more accommodating.
A good, friendly, and professional dealership. I can't speak for their service department, but the sales representatives I met felt more like people than salesmen.
In the end, I wound up with an excellent, quality vehicle for a decent bit less than the Kelley Blue Book suggested value. I would certainly do business with them again.
