I told him that I certainly wasn't going to buy it without test driving it. He responded by telling me "it doesn't run rough"!
Most dishonest place I have ever seen. We had a deal over the phone I left work 2 hrs early only to get there and the car was not as advitised or verbally verified and the amount agreed on was not honored either he tried to charge me more then called my wife a liar on agreed price.save your time and money don't shop here!!!!!!
Great place to buy a car!! If you buy something they will always fix it! I've had many vehicles from Caps and they have always worked out great. If I ever had an issue or question they got right back to me!! I would refer anyone to buy a car there! Thanks Cap's!

Obviously this business has a serious management problem. I can't say the cars they sell are bad, they wouldn't let me drive them. But I think it can assumed that the problems I encountered are systemic.
It is shocking that this place is still in business. I just went to look at a car there and the salesman was rude and wouldn't let me test drive a car.
It looks like a place a car buyer should avoid!
I'm a lawyer here in Taylorville. I try and buy local. But I certainly am not going to buy a car there.
Would be a 5 star but they were closed on Sat. They were willing to negotiate on the price. Very reasonable. Had no problems with the service. What I liked most of all they were upfront with the problems of my new chevy trailblazer.
